Upstream for pcb is mostly inactive, and many users have moved to
pcb-rnd, which started as a fork of pcb and has now evolved
significantly. It can still read and write pcb file format, however, so
it may ultimately be in our best interest to just remove 'pcb' from
Debian?

I do not plan to spend any more personal time on this package, which may
or may not be relevant, but since I used to be the primary maintainer of
pcb in the electronics team, I thought I should make this fact clear.
