I see one problem, the ToC has a bit of a column overlap issue. See
attached screenshot. We should report it, but not critical.

Right. I was going to complain upstream about that. If you need to patch
the build system to get any hacks seperated from the main build go ahead. I
wouldn't mind doing this right even if we have to carry a new patch ;-)
