there is no need to upload a version -2, -1 was rejected so this 
previously uploaded version isn't to the archive.

As you uploaded -2 without the full sources it was then again rejected 
as the referenced source file isn't in the archive.

So you can basically simply upload wireviz_0.4.1-1_amd64.changes 
included your adjustments again.
