[Pkg-electronics-devel] removing package pcb

It appears that upstream 'pcb' is just dead.  The pcb-rnd fork has
evolved significantly, but still reads and writes pcb's file formats
just fine.  So, I'm inclined to request removal of the package 'pcb',
and have 'pcb-rnd' to do something like Provides: pcb.

If anyone in the Debian electronics tools packaging community strongly
objects to my doing this, please speak up.
