Hi,

I have uploaded a fix for urjtag[0] to avoid the conflict with
liburjtag, which neither the teammates in the electronics team who made
the change in Git nor I noticed before the upload. I regret the
oversight and apologize for the extra work this has caused. To resolve
the conflict from the previous upload, I have renamed the binary
packages containing the libraries created by urjtag.

I hope this package in NEW can be accepted in due course, and I
appreciate the time and effort involved, especially given the extra work
caused by the earlier conflict.
