[Pkg-electronics-devel] Bug#1105819: Bug#1105819: ghdl: Please also package pyGHDL (and ghdl-ls)

As a workaround, pyGHDL and ghdl-ls can be installed via PIP using a
latest wheel from GHDLs nightly builds:
https://github.com/ghdl/ghdl/releases/tag/nightly
