If you look at page 537 of yosyshqyosys.pdf from the 0.64-2 package
you'll see loads of items with ?? as the page reference.

When ENABLE_HELP_SOURCE is working the same links should have proper
numbers.

Or just search in the pdf for the phrase "Help text automatically
generated". It will only appear when it is working.
