The ghdl package no longer build on ppc64 and ppc64dl as some of the
self test fail.  Upstream seem to be uninterested in getting these
architectures working (see <URL: https://bugs.debian.org/1134441 > and
<URL: https://github.com/ghdl/ghdl/issues/3251 >), and no-one with the
required skill set seem interested in looking at the issue.  This make
me believe the best way forward is to drop the architectures for this
package from the archive for now.

I have tried to debug the issue myself, without luck, and now believe it
is time to put the issue to the side for a while.
