this package cannot published in the main repository.

Following stanzas in d/copyright are not DFSG compatible.

There is no explicit permission to use. It mokes no sense to distribute
soemthing which you are not allowed to use it.
The text lacks the standard warranty and liability disclaimers 
that are typical and necessary in established free software licenses.
So it is uncertainly legal. (Tentacle of Evil)

There will be also a RC Bug to avoid this version in the next stable version.
