[Pkg-electronics-devel] Bug#1136361: Info received (stanzas in d/copyright are not DFSG compatible.)

I've created a new branch pere/bug-1136361-no-mentor-synopsys on salsa
documenting what I needed to change to get the source building without
the mentor and synopsys libraries present in the code base.

The branch do not address the content of the orig tarball, so it do not
solve the fundamental problem.  For this a new tarball need to be
repacked.  Not quite sure how to best do this.  Perhaps it is best to
wait for a new upstrem release?
