[Pkg-emacsen-addons] dh-elpa: request for feature, install to target subdir

Dear Nicholas,

Thanks for not giving up on this one!

I suggest installing the experimental files to /usr/share/elpa-muse/lisp
with elpa-muse.install.  Then a user who wants them can manually add
them to the load-path.

If you put them in a subdir of muse-3.2.0/, that would imply that they
are part of the released package, rather than a supplemental addition.
