[Pkg-emacsen-addons] Bug#847040: evil-el: test suite fails under emacs25

Dear maintainer,

evil-el seems to be incompatible with emacs25.  The test suite fails:

    Ran 181 tests, 171 results as expected, 10 unexpected (2016-12-04 18:51:14-0700)
    
    10 unexpected results:
       FAILED  evil-test-insert-repeat-info
       FAILED  evil-test-normal-repeat-info-char-command
       FAILED  evil-test-normal-repeat-info-simple-command
       FAILED  evil-test-repeat
       FAILED  evil-test-repeat-append
       FAILED  evil-test-repeat-append-line
       FAILED  evil-test-repeat-insert
       FAILED  evil-test-repeat-insert-line
       FAILED  evil-test-repeat-open-above
       FAILED  evil-test-repeat-open-below

While this problem does cause an FTBFS, I'm filing a separate bug from
#829299 because that one concerns buildd tty issues rather than
emacs24/emacs25 compatibility.

This will be RC if and when emacs24 is RM'd, which we are hoping to do
soon.
