Thank you for uploading so quickly :-) Would you please do the same
for hydra-el 77033e8 ?

This time it affects one of my packages (emacs-ivy), which recently
starting building against emacs25 with current standards, but fails to
dpkg-configure when installed with elpa-hydra, because elpa-hydra
insists on emacs24.  So this upload would be very much appreciated.
Also, if you have time to sponsor a package would you please look at
Bug #864912 ?
