It is the intent: magit-popup was distributed upstream as part of magit,
but is now distributed on its own. So I want the new elpa-magit-popup
package to replace the one from magit source package so I can upload the
next magit version that will depend on the independent elpa-magit-popup
package.

What should I do now:

+ upload the new magit package without the binary elpa-magit-popup
package (for now broken because it depend on elpa-magit-popup),
+ reupload magit-popup with a new name for the binary package (feel wrong
because it is the next version of elpa-magit-popup)
+ any other way ?

He is listed in the AUTHORS.md file as one of "The Magit Project
Contributors". I intent explicitly state in debian/copyright that The
Magit Project Contributors are listed in this file. Is this enough ?
