[Pkg-emacsen-addons] Bug#913731: ilisp: Should this package be removed from Debian?

Upstream developement stopped in 2004. The only discussion I could
find in the CL / Emacs wikis suggests the package is replaced by
slime, which is actively maintained.  Unless someone has a compelling
argument otherwise, I'd suggest ilisp not be included in buster.

I understand the argument of "old software isn't necessarily broken,
what does it harm", but in this case it seems that there is some
maintenence burden (1 RC packaging bug, 10K line diff from upstream,
non-dh-elpa using package).
