Well, I think we've already seen that folks downstream want it. I just want to
get 0.10.0 "as is" out sooner rather than later.

Fixed @ rev1127. I confirmed that everything still builds, futon tests pass,
etc.

My guess is that it's the same problem that's being discussed on the couchdb
dev list right now.
