Sorry, should have included what I was running anyways:
`piuparts -d lenny -d squeeze *.deb` in the directory that has the two package
files. This will do a full dist upgrade and then package upgrade.

Ex., if you're running multiple times, then you probably want to reuse the
environment and save yourself a few minutes every run:

``
pbuilder create
pbuilder update
''

And then run piuparts with the -p arg.

It appears that the problem is happening during the upgrade from lenny to
squeeze. It might be worth installing lenny, and then allowing in the testing
pool and trying to install the packages. I'll try that today as well.
