[Pkg-erlang-devel] Bug#794223: rebar: it depend erlang-syntax-tools

Hi,

from my experience, erlang-syntax-tools is only needed when running the
testsuite with "rebar eunit".

So maybe a "Recommends: erlang-syntax-tools" would be appropriate.
