[Pkg-erlang-devel] Bug#790633: FTBFS: eunit_with_suites_and_tests_test_ failed

rebar fails to build in unstable.  I thought it was a problem in my
build environment because of the "Permission denied" error, but I
tried again in a chroot and got the same issue.

Do you see this issue, too?
