[Pkg-erlang-devel] Please specify version specification to "erlang" package

Hello,

I use Erlang packages on Debian GNU/Linux. Thank you for your work.

I have a question about "erlang" package.

"erlang" package depends on "erlang-base" package, but version of
"erlang-base" package is not specified. So "erlang-base" package that
is already installed (17.5) on my PC is not updated when I update
"erlang" package to 18.0.

I think we should specify version specification to "erlang" package
for "erlang-base" package.
