[Pkg-erlang-devel] Bug#852823: erlang-mode: incompatible with xemacs21 (needs xmltok, cl-lib)

Configuring erlang-mode fails with xemacs21 installed (and vice versa)
due to byte-compilation errors:

  Install erlang-mode for xemacs21
  install/erlang: Handling install for emacsen flavor xemacs21
  Compiling /usr/share/xemacs21/site-lisp/erlang/erlang-edoc.el...
  While compiling erlang-edoc-xml-context in file /usr/share/xemacs21/site-lisp/erlang/erlang-edoc.el:

Could you please take a look, and either restore compatibility with
xemacs21 (perhaps with some features conditionally disabled) or skip
byte-compilation there?
