There are only two configs in conf.avail in yaws itself (example
virtual hosts for localhost) and a few in yaws-* packages, for which I
don't see the point of creating another uncommon config utility. The
links are created on packages install, and not recreated on upgrade if
the admin has deleted them. I think that should be enough.
