[Pkg-erlang-devel] Why an outdated version in unstable ?

with otp 25.0 released on May 18, 2022 and otp 25.1 released on September
21, 2022
why are we still having 24.3 in unstable?

I'm trying to understand and see if something can be done.

No blame intended, I hope my mail will no be perceived as such.
