[Pkg-erlang-devel] Moving erlang-hex to team maintenance

I am preparing erlang-hex 2.0.6 in response to #1105185 and propose to 
set the Maintainer field to pkg-erlang-devel at alioth-lists.debian.net 
with myself as an uploader,

If I should not do this please let me know.

It is currently on Salsa at https://salsa.debian.org/debian/erlang-hex, 
and I will leave the VCS fields pointing there at the moment, but it 
should possibly migrate to https://salsa.debian.org/erlang-team/packages.
