This could be a dedicated package, but it would probably not get past
ftpmaster. If we were to include it in the exim4 packages, we would
need manpages for the script.

Feel free to provide a patch.

However, I don't think that the ruby script would be fit for
inclusion outsides the examples directory because of the needed
dependency on ruby.
