that topic has been discussed on exim-users as well. It looks like
postini's TLS functions have been broken on postini's side, making it
incompatible with remote sites using OpenSSL and/or GnuTLS.

The fix suggested on exim-users is setting hosts_avoid_tls =
*.psmtp.com in the remote_smtp transport.

However, there have been reports that postini has fixed their broken
systems in the mean time, so you might want to look at your logs
whether the messages have been delivered in the mean time.
