As I've _just_ discovered with some nice traffic in my rejectlog. :)

Is there any way to get exim to notice buggy config like that on launch, 
instead of waiting for the offending line to get hit on outgoing email?

Sorry about the dupe.  I grepped the bug list for "submission", 
"control", and "Date", but didn't think to grep for "Message-ID".
