Bug#276958: exim4: file /etc/email-addresses should be documented in /usr/share/doc/exim*

I've had a hard time finding how to rewrite addresses in outgoing mail:
I knew it was possible but didn't remember the name of the config file.
It seems this feature isn't documented in the man page, nor in any file
in /usr/share/doc/exim4* (excepting the changelogs)
