Bug#278938: please provide possibility to match an address in a hostlist

Hi,

if I didn't understand it wrong, it's currently not possible to look if
e.g. $sender_host_address is in some hostlist - but, it would IMHO make
sense to do this, to write e.g.
smtp_accept_max_per_host = ${if inlist{$sender_host_address}{+dontcheck}{5}{3}}
