Package: exim4
Version: 4.20-2
Severity: normal

My log shows lots of entries like
Jul 25 15:23:01 iron /USR/SBIN/CRON[20820]: (mail) CMD ( if [ -x /usr/lib/exim/exim3 -a -f /etc/exim/exim.conf ]; then /usr/lib/exim/exim3 -q ; fi)

but there are none mentioning exim4.

This raises several questions:
1) is the exim4 queue runner getting run?
I do see queue runs in /var/log/exim/mainlog, so maybe it's not
managed by cron. I do recall a reference to exim4 getting rid of a
cron job.
2) should this cron job have been cleaned out?
3) is this a faulty rewrite of exim to exim4? (I thought it was just exim, not exim3, before the upgrade).

I had exim3 (3.36-6) on the system, then upgraded to exim4.

I have disabled the entry for exim in inetd.conf.
