Of course it does.  That's where the exiscan patch puts it's copy
before calling any external scanners.

This is not a real spool directory, but a copy of the message.  That
will not do anything useful.

These messages have probably long been delivered.  This is a temporary
directory where messages are copied before being scanned.  Older
versions of the exiscan patch had a hard time cleaning up after
themselves if the scanner blew up for some reason.  Use grep or zgrep to
check for the message id (same as the folder name) in your exim logs
(/var/log/exim4/mainlog*).  I am willing to bet they have long been
delivered, and there is nothing to worry about - just cruft.
