Yuck! That one must have been introduced _again_ with the patch that
actually honored the split/non-split setting for a conftype none.
I have committed the fix - again - to SVN, and am downgrading this bug
to normal since it only happens when the user chooses a completely
unconfigured exim4 which will not function anyway.
