i've got a network configured with "staggered" nameservers.
so, to the inside world, mail.mydomain.com is at 192.168.1.1
as this is an internal network address per rfc 1918, the file:
200_exim4-config_primary
tells exim to ignore this entry if it occurs in an MX record.
i'd like to recomend that this behavior be prompted for, as it
took me a while to find and turn off the relivant configuration
option.
