Both issues are to be solved most elegantly by specifying a port
number in the route list used by the router. However, this is one of
the things that didn't make it into exim 4 per upstream's wishlist.
I would suggest waiting for upstream to implement this and then
adapting our support.
Thanks for the patch, but I feel wrong to apply it. Maybe we will need
parts of it to support the new upstream feature.
