Bug#319316: Add /usr/sbin/exim

  Now that Sarge's out, the Exim 3 cron jobs and init script should all
 disable themselves if Exim 4 is installed.  In light of this, could we
 now please have a symlink from "exim" to "exim4" in /usr/sbin?

  I was dead certain I had seen (and even commented on) a bug about the
 same thing earlier.  I can't find it now, so I'm starting to wonder if
 I'm losing it..  Do accept my apologies if this indeed is a duplicate.
