Ouch. Now that you mention it... you're right.

Only "something like" since DEBCONFvisiblenameDEBCONF is not an exim
macro, but is replaced when the actual configuration is built. To
allow the ifdef to work, an intermediate step with a "real" exim macro
is necessary.
