Bug#309174: exim4 documentation: doc shows space after -d; exim4 refuses it.

In the man page for exim (really exim4),
the -d option is shown as follows:

 -d <debug options>

 with a space after the '-d'.   However, it really
 should be -d<debug options>, as exim will not a
 space there (e.g. -d -all+lookup gives an error message.)
