Bug#329988: Bug submitter not reachable via e-mail

    host relay.verizon.net [206.46.232.11]: 550 Email from your Email Service
    Provider is currently blocked by Verizon Online's anti-spam system.
    The email "sender" or Email Service Provider may visit http://www.verizon.net/whitelist
    and request removal of the block.

Obviously, the bug reporter does not want to use e-mail to communcate.
Please re-set the bug report address to an address that is actually
working, or see this bug rot away in the BTS.
