Bug#330967: add cross-reference to update-exim4.conf from exim4 man page

It would be nice to add a "See also" referring to update-exim4.conf
from the exim4 man page.  Perhaps references to other exim commands
would be appropriate as well.

Not all installations will have update-exim4.conf; that might be an
argument, or even a policy, for omitting the reference.
