Bug#401487: If primary MX is down, SEGFAULT

Package: exim4
Version: 4.63-11

If I send email to a server whose primary MX is not accepting SMTP
connections, the smtp transport SIGSEGVs instead of trying the
secondary MX.

I'm sending to cse.unsw.edu.au

$ host -t mx cse.unsw.edu.au

various sorts)
