Upstream would like to know more about your configuration. Since I
neither use local_scan nor sa-exim myself, can you please get in touch
with them yourself via http://www.exim.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=76?

Does Tom's question make any sense considering you use local_scan and
sa-exim?

If you can't, please answer here and I'll play human gateway.
