Leaving blank tls_privatekey is not good enough, tls_privatekey needs
to be unset for exim to look in the certificate file for the private
key. I consider this overly finicky by exim, and have filed wishlist
request 71 in upstream's bugzilla.
In the mean time, I have introduced a new macro called
MAIN_TLS_CERTKEY pointing to a single file containing certificate and
key, and taking precedence about other manual file location
configuration. Is this change accptable to you?
Greetings
Marc
