Is there anything _NEW_ you had to report?

I mean, an issue which is not addressed in README.Debian chapter 6.3?

Or was it just your wish to clutter up the bug reports?

If you really really feel about this, please go to
debian-devel at lists.debian.org or the Debian technical committee and
force a policy on this.

As long as Debian doesn't have policy about account names, I do have
no intentions of changing the Debian-exim user name.
