Bug#348046: Same problem with exim4-daemon-light

Of course, this was because the process was still running to propagate
the mail. But I finally got the TLS error:

Then the entropy was back to 617. I've typed "exim -qff" (which
successfully sent the mail), and just after this, the entropy was
186.
