I think that the maintainer scripts in exim4 are policy compliant with
regard to 10.9.1 since Debian-exim is created dynamically.
The only issue that _might_ be there is that a local admin cannot
_remove_ the statoverride without having the maintainer script set it
again on the next update. I don't see a bad issue with that.
I am thus tempted to close this bug. Please comment.
