Bug#392831: exim4-config: colons or semi colons as separators

Could you PLEASE add a warning when upgrading? I hosed my system's mail
for the weekend because I had a dsearch in my local_domains debconf key.

Better yet, since there are a fairly limited number of exim list search
types, perhaps they could be detected and those semi colons could be
left alone?

For example: dsearch;/some/directory and lsearch;/some/file are valid
and shouldn't be mangled as part of an effort to blindly replace
semi-colons with colons.
