Just for the record, this is an entirely different issue, and you are
running a completely different version. The part where you have
problems has completely changed between your exim4 4.67-1 and the
4.67-3 that #429617 was reported with.

Please update to 4.67-3 from unstable, and accept changes to
conffiles. If you have local modification, you'll need to repeat them.
There were incompatible changes in the conffiles.
