Magnus is refering to the new expansion variables $sending_ip_address
and $sending_port which can be used in a construct like
${lookup dnsdb {ptr=$sending_ip_address}} or
${lookup dnsdb {ptr=$sending_ip_address}{$value}{$primary_hostname}}.

This is change PH/12 for exim 4.67 which is not yet released.

Most probably this is going to be disabled by default, but can be
enabled easily with an exim macro.

Greetings
