Bug#426840: please allow options to eximstats in /etc/cron.daily/exim4-base

I like the E4BCD_DAILY_REPORT_TO configuration option, as I think
eximstats is useful to see what's going on. Unfortunately with a lot of
traffic, the full list of relayed messages is getting rather long, so
I'd want to skip that and add -nr as option to the eximstats command in
/etc/cron.daily/exim4-base.

I'm fine to just hack /etc/cron.daily/exim4-base, but perhaps this
could be configurable from /etc/default/exim4, what do you think?
