Bug#445327: exim4-config: update-exim4.conf does not ignore .dpkg-* files

I read the NEWS.Debian.gz files for exim4-base, exim4-config and
exim4-daemon-light and I don't see any mention of .dpkg-old or
.dpkg-dist files. Could you please be more specific?
